When you give your body the detox it deserves, it feels better, and it will give you a LOT more energy. So what can you do to detox? For starters, you can lighten up the toxin load placed on your body. Reduce the amount of alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars and processed foods.
As well, you can minimise the use of chemical-based household cleaners and instead use natural alternatives. Another thing you can do? Vigorous exercise. Get a good sweat going and let your body sweat all the toxins out. Aside from that, you can also try fasting for 18 – 24 hours. This will let your liver and kidneys rest and focus on processing whatever toxins are floating around in your bloodstream.
