Do you want to be the best at what you do? Or do you just think it would be “nice” to be the best? I’ve often said that if you want to play Grand Slam tennis, you can’t keep playing a local club level and simply expect to get better. Of course, you need to practice, but you also need to play people much better than you in order to improve. You will learn much more in one lost game of tennis in a match with Roger Federer than you will in 100 wins at the club level. Roger has been at the top of his game for over a decade, an incredible athlete and strategist on the court with outstanding skills. Can you imagine the incredible insight and lessons in the game Roger could provide by playing him?

What I enjoyed most was hearing about Billy’s unbreakable mindset and five beliefs to success and happiness even when adversity strikes. Billy has three powerful steps to master your mind and become unbreakable:
1. “DECIDE exactly what you want.
2. VISUALISE with intense desire. What you visualise in your mind and what you continually focus on is what you become.
3. UNLEASH HELL on your goals. This is the step where most people fall short. Decide what you want. Then see and feel what it will look like once you have it. Do this and really feel it! Then do whatever it takes to get it. Take Action! Unleash Hell! Be relentless…never, never, never quit!”
We all have limiting beliefs when it comes to our health and fitness. We settle for far less than we deserve and fall way short of what we are capable. Why is that? The power of your focus and belief is crucial to success and achievement. If you want something you’ve never had, then you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.
One of the highlights at Billy’s event was to walk across broken glass. Of course, you could be saying “what’s the point of that?” The point is that it is possible to put yourself in a state where anything is possible – even walking across broken glass! Billy talked me through the process of walking on the glass and then walked beside me as I did it. Such a rush and yes, there were NO cuts! What is more, I’ve also walked across fire twice, been bungy jumping and hang-gliding in New Zealand. It’s not that I’m an adrenalin junkie, but rather I like push myself outside my comfort zone to help me grow more. Now I have a simple message to myself…if I can do all of those things….I can do anything!!
