It’s officially autumn.  And autumn time here at Studioz Personal Training means a whole flurry of activity.

For starters, the days are getting shorter and the temperature is dropping, so there is a risk that we will undo all the good work we have done over summer and start to stack those kilo’s back on. We’d like to invite you to stay focused on your goals and combine an excellent nutritional plan with our ‘autumn training’ to guarantee you will get even fitter, stronger and sexier over the winter period.

Our main event happening this month is our “2 Weeks For $2” Mother’s Day Boot Camp event.  This will be a fun way to kick-start your ‘autumn fitness’ and a great way to stay in shape or get into shape for the winter months. If you want to support the cause, need a good reason to kick your fitness into gear, and have fun, then we’d love to have you participate in the 2 Weeks of Boot Camp for $2.  Check out for all the event details.
