Well today I thought I was driving through the middle of the desert, but then came to this 
beautiful oasis called Mannum right on the Murray River – this was the finish for Stage 2 of the Tour Down Under.
We spent most of the day in the shade of the huge gum trees feeding ducks, and just taking in the atmosphere. Yesterday we had the luck to meet Ben Swift from the Sky team, today – he won the stage – I knew we had an impact on him! Also great to see Aussie Robbie McEwan leading the TDU after two stages and taking out second place today. It would be great to see him wearing the leader’s jersey at the end of the Tour.
Unfortunately there were two big spills involving a number of riders – so there was a lot of blood and gore crossing the finish line today – World Champion sprinter Mark Cavendish

looked badly injured when he came across the line, one is in hospital. Wishing you a quick recovery guys.
