Dear Clients and Friends,

Welcome to our November issue of our ‘Richly Rewarding Living’ newsletter. As always, we’re here to keep you up-to-date on the latest fitness, health, and wellness information, separate the fact-from-fiction, and help you get the most out of your healthy lifestyle.

November is a month of giving thanks, and new research shows that giving thanks everyday can improve our health. What are we, here at Studioz Personal Training, thankful for today? YOU! We are thankful for our ability to work as a team to truly impact people’s lives – your life. You give us the opportunity to do what we are passionate about and to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals.

According to researcher Robert Emmons, Ph.D., a professor of psychology at the University of California Davis, “our research has shown that grateful people experience higher levels of positive emotions such as joy, enthusiasm, love, happiness, and optimism.” Emmons also says, “we have discovered that a person who experiences gratitude is able to cope more effectively with everyday stress, may show increased resilience in the face of trauma-induced stress and may recover more quickly from illness and benefit from greater physical health.”

So on that note, we’d like to say that for you we are grateful. Each and every one of our clients are special, because of your commitment to yourself and your goals, as evidenced by the great results you’ve achieved. In some cases, you’ll even go the ’extra mile,’ spreading the good word to others in the community about what we do by referring your friends and family (enabling us to continue helping more people). And in other cases, it’s because you embody and live the ‘give-to-get’ principle and selflessly contribute to the betterment of others.

For all of those reasons, we’ll be extending our ‘thanks’ and gratitude to you throughout the season.

To Your Health,

Robb Evans

P.S. I wish you a wonderful month full of appreciation and gratitude…and not just because it’s good for your health!
