We all have “stories” that we tell ourselves based on our value and belief system. When it comes to our health and ftiness, those stories often immobilise us because they are not truthful.

You can create a perception for yourself that you’re doing ok, great or outstanding, but the reality is, if someone else external to you examined your behaviour and results, they would say…. “STOP LYING TO YOURSELF”, you’re doing a poor job and it’s time to shake yourself up to get much better weight loss and health outcomes.
